Andrew M. Enea, MSPT, Owner
Andy graduated from Northeastern University in 2002 where he earned a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. His work experience has been based out of NYC and Cape Cod. Andy has been the sole owner of MPT since January of 2008. He has since prided himself on ten plus years of exceptional patient care. Andy enjoys coaching his daughters in youth sports, watching baseball, and collecting records. He continues to work
towards his Doctorate through the University of St. Augustine and Dr. Stanley Paris. He lives with his wife and three daughters in Falmouth.

Ashley Katzenback, PT, DPT
Ashley Katzenback earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Temple University. She began her career on Cape Cod in 2006 after receiving her Masters degree in 2006 from Sacred Heart University. Ashley has taken extensive manual therapy courses through University of St Augustine and is certified in Kinesio Taping. She has a strong background in athletics, focusing on injury prevention. She played Division I Lacrosse and has a special interest in child wellness and fitness. Ashley lives with her husband and two daughters in Sandwich. She enjoys running, coaching youth sports and planning Disney vacations.
Kristin Smead, PT, DPT
Kristin attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst for her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2019. She specializes in Pilates based PT and sports specific rehabilitation. Kristin completed her Comprehensive Pilates training with Polestar Pilates, is a certified personal trainer through ACE, and is a certified spinning instructor through MadDogg Athletics. Kristin enjoys teaching fitness classes and spending time outdoors in her free time.
Kyle Mahoney, PT, DPT, CSCS
Kyle is a post-doctorate sports residency trained physical therapist as well as a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). Kyle is originally from West Barnstable and grew up playing competitive baseball and golf. He spent four years interning in the strength and conditioning department at the University of Connecticut where helped the performance staff train many of the male and female Division I athletes. While obtaining his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in San Diego, CA, he interned at EXOS in Phoenix, Arizona where he worked with many collegiate and professional athletes including NFL prospects as they prepare for the NFL combine. Kyle also interned at Champion Sports Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama, where many physicians, biomechanists, and physical therapists provide world-renowned sports medicine research and clinical care for professional athletes across the country. After graduating with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Kyle completed a year-long Sports Residency at the University of Southern California where he received further specialized training in sports medicine & rehabilitation. In his free time, he loves to play golf, surf, and enjoy time with his family!
Kimberly LaPrade, PTA
Kim graduated from Mount Wachusett Community College's PTA program with honors in 2014. She has extensive work experience in different healthcare settings such as inpatient/outpatient rehab, home care, and skilled nursing facilities. Kim has profound Orthopedic rehab knowledge having worked alongside an interdisciplinary team of PAs and surgeons at one of Worcester, MA's leading hospitals. She also has experience working with wound care, amputees, and stroke/TBI rehabilitation. Kim started dancing at the age of two was a competitive dancer for more than eight years. She lives with her fiancee in Mashpee and in her spare time enjoys yoga and dancing.
Justin Mendes, ATC
Justin was born and raised locally in Falmouth, MA. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2014 where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Athletic Training. Justin worked with the athletic programs at UNH as well as with local high schools. He has been practicing as a Certified Athletic Trainer at MPT since 2015. Justin's light-hearted, positive energy is vital in guiding patients through their therapeutic exercise. Justin enjoys playing soccer and volleyball. He and his wife love watching Boston sports teams take home championships.
